TERMS OF SERVICE | INTRODUCTION✦ I accept art commissions for the following categories:
────────◇ AniManga, kemonomimi (humans with animal ears), slight gore, Fanart, Oc's, Kpop Idols, and self portraits✦ Please note that I also won't be accepting art commissions that use realism as an art style and categories such as:
────────◇ furry, mecha, extreme NSFW (gore, offensive, nudity, etc.), religious, social, or political related art will also not be accepted.✦ There will also be an additional charge for every extra character to be made in a full illustration, depending on the complexity and art commission type.✦ Reference sheets and mood boards are also encouraged to be included in your art commission inquiries to visualize the desired output further and make the illustrations more accurate to your liking.✦ For whatever reason, I have the right to refuse any commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it. Commissioning me means you have read and accepted my terms and conditions, so please read them before you do so.✦ If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.USAGE POLICY✦ I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing. I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to display the commissioned works on my accounts, watermarks will also be placed on the commissioned piece to prevent copyright infringement (stolen artwork). I am also allowing my client to keep their commissioned work private if they would like to.✦ When the client and artist enter an agreement to create the commissioned piece, the artwork will be used for personal use only. The client may print the commissioned piece but reselling or mass distribution of the output will not be accepted. The input of my artworks to AI and NFTs is also PROHIBITED.✦ Be honest if the commissioned piece will be used commercially, I will only allow my artworks to be used commercially upon agreement on the additional cost of the commissioned work. (Usually, commercial used artworks' prices are doubled/x2).✦ Price for merch will be x2.5 from the original cost.✦ The client is allowed to use the commissioned piece for non-commercial use, such as pfp, header, logo, etc.✦ When in doubt, please don't hesitate to inquire about the scope of your usage of the commissioned piece. The bottom line is as long as the output will not be used commercially, it will be allowed.✦ Client is allowed to post and promote themselves on social media, and will not be forced to provide credits - but very appreciated. Youtube/Twitch video covers/thumbnails, profile picture, headers are also allowed.✦ I also do not allow the removal of my signature in the artwork, but if necessary (such as birthday presents), please inform me so that I won't place my signature in the piece. Not providing valid reasons for the removal of the signature will not be entertained.MODE OF PAYMENT✦ Currency accepted as of now is in PHP (Philippine Peso), and can be paid through Paymaya or Gcash. Account information will be sent via email, once the sketches are approved.✦ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.PROCESS AND DELIVERY✦ I will notify the client when I start to work on the commissioned piece, once sketches are approved, refunds aren't allowed.✦ I'll continuously give you updates on the commissioned piece and will only provide a maximum of five (5) changes on the commissioned piece. I'll also ensure that the updates I provide will have sufficient change from the last update. Watermarks are also included during product consultations.✦ A commissioned art may vary in duration and may take up to 1 week or 3 weeks, depending on different factors like health, the university works, and complexity.✦ Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image, both CYMK (for personal printing) and RGB (for digital work). Note that there is no physical product of the design.REVISIONS✦ Maximum of 5 rounds of changes.✦ Slight changes such as detail colors (accessories, slight adjustment of skin color, and minor cloth pattern changes) are allowed. Charges are applied when hair design or clothes design, and other major changes in the artwork (including background designs).✦ Plain, simple designs, and patterned backgrounds are considered free.✦ It is recommended to provide a reference sheet/story board/moodboard of the desired output look to avoid roadblocks (or delaying the finished output).CUSTOMER SATISFACTION✦ If you liked my artworks, feel free to leave a review and tag me in my social media accounts.✦ If there are minor problems seen on the commissioned piece, please do not hesitate to raise the concern so we can find a solution together.✦ Again, if you do not wish for me to post your art, or not including the reference sheet in the post, please inform me immediately so that I could know and respect your wishes. :)✦✦✦✦✦✦✦ If you have other inquiries, you can dm me at my social media accounts or email me at [email protected].
